Introducing Characters, Decyphered!

     One unspoken law of RPGs is that with a little gumption and a lot of interpretation, one can hack an RPG to make a pulp hero in Call of Cthulhu, or a Saiyan Prince in some obscure fantasy dungeon crawler.  There's even a guy on YouTube who does just that.  But what if I told you there was a game where making an Avengers-level cross-genre party was a not a bug, but a feature?
